Slogan: Hands That Touch Life
To celebrate International Midwives Day, the administration of Pineo expressed its deep appreciation to the clinic’s extraordinary professionals — the midwives — who welcome new life into a bright and safe environment.
As part of the celebration, a photo/video project titled “A Midwife by Your Side” was launched. The project consisted of a series of short video stories dedicated to the midwifery profession. In each video, midwives shared:
- What midwifery means to them;
- The most emotional moments in their careers;
- The story behind their choice of profession;
- Personal experiences and sources of motivation;
- What their everyday life looks like beyond the workplace.
The goal of the video project was to highlight the human and emotional side of midwifery and to honor the tireless work midwives do each day.
A special meeting was also organized with midwives, during which they personally shared the challenges of their profession, the valuable experience gained over the years, and the emotions that accompany every birth they assist.
The highlight of the day was the awarding of the honorary title “Midwife of the Year.” All midwives received symbolic gifts and branded accessories as a token of gratitude.
