Change Management Employee Retraining

The Pineo team participated in a training session led by Vasil Kikutadze, focused on the effective management and implementation of change within an organizational environment.

The session covered key topics such as the psychological foundations of change, identifying and overcoming resistance within teams, preparing employees for new developments, and strategically managing transitional periods.

The primary goal of the training was to equip employees with practical tools that make the change process simpler, more structured, and results-oriented.

As a result, 40 participants gained valuable knowledge on how to approach change in a positive and productive way — an essential step forward in the development of the organization.
